Once a project has been launched they usually need to be supported in terms of security updates, content updates, potential order/lead management and future phase development.
At Netfuel we provide ad-hoc support services, as well as retainer based support on a monthly basis and of course development services for post deployment improvements.
With many clients we provide a popular monthly retainer based support service which includes a discounted bank of hours suitable for security updates, development and remote assistance.
We provide one to one or group training sessions for staff to develop their understanding of how to maintain the website via the content management system. We go through all aspects of what will need to be updated and answer any questions they may have.
If you need support with updating the website via the CMS, or you would like development changes to be made, we can provide any assistance required and we can bill accordingly retrospectively.
